News and Events

If an item in my store says "Not Available" check the description to see if I was selling it as Razzberry Cove. Unfortunately the store has closed so I will be getting the items that haven't sold back and available for sale here.

SHIPPING AND TAX

Orders placed on a weekday will be shipped in 24-48 hours (please see the product availability for detailed information). Weekend orders will be shipping in 48-72 hours. You will be given a delivery confirmation email letting you know the item has mailed/shipped. I mail/ship with USPS because it's more cost effective to YOU the buyer. Unfortunately USPS increased their postage costs so standard shipping is $5.25 all other costs are the same (see FAQ for details)

RETURNS

I will refund an item if it is returned within 7 days and ONLY if the item was damaged in shipping and you chose "Insured" when purchasing. International items are always insured (reflected in the shipping cost).

PAYMENT

Due the the fact that there are so many scams and people who have no morals, I only accept payment through this site (Google Checkout and Paypal). I accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout and Paypal. Your credit card receipt will say AIBREAN or Hemp Harbor depending on payment method.

NO ITEM RECEIVED?

If you think you placed an order but have never received a product please let me know. Make sure you completed the entire payment process. This cart may send you a confirmation email before you complete the payment (it will say pending). It will be updated to confirmed when I acknowledge payment. I always send out a confirmation email and let you know when I ship. If you paid by eCheck, it takes several days to clear Paypal.

HOLIDAY ORDERS

As hard as it to know when something is going to arrive, please allow 2 weeks for standard mail and International shipping and 1 week for US - Insured, US - Standard.

LINK EXCHANGE REQUESTS

I do offer a link-exchange for companies of a similar nature (hemp products, jewelry, etc.) If you are interested in a link exchange, check out the form on the links page.

WHOLESALE

Yes I do offer wholesale options. If you are interested in working a wholesale deal, I ask that you fill out the contact form on the contact page in regards to any special requirements and the types of hemp jewelry needed.
