SHIPPING AND TAX
Orders placed on a weekday will be shipped in 24-48 hours. Weekend orders will be shipping in 48-72 hours. You will be given (if you provided your email address at checkout) a delivery confirmation email letting you know the item has mailed/shipped. If you chose anything other than Standard Postage you will receive a tracking number. I mail/ship with USPS because it's more cost effective to YOU the buyer.

I have my shipping based on a tiered system which you choose at checkout. Due to changes in USPS regulations, I must ship in a protected container and because of that I am not able to offer any more discounts in rates.

US - Insured (with delivery confirmation) is $7.00 for the first item then multiple order discounts.

US - No Insure + Delivery Conf is $5.00 for the first item, then multiple order discounts. Both of these are shipped in a boxed package or padded envelope.

International is always insured and is $15 for the first item then multiple order discounts.

Tax is charged for Ohio residents only at 6.5%

CAN I SEND THIS AS A GIFT?
Sure you can! Just make sure that the invoice and shipping address/information is correct (and different if you are shipping directly to the person). If it is a gift, you can send an email to the address listed in the cart before checkout and email me a copy of your invoice so I can reference it. I will not put in a packing slip, only the return address and Hemp Harbor company name. I will fold the hemp product inside the message. Click Here for a sample.

WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS?
Items that contain glass, cowrie shells, or extensive amounts of beads or hemp are priced higher than those without. Double weaved items (like Canteloupe and Chakra) and men's items use twice as much hemp as a regular necklace. Also, those with more complex knotting techniques cost more as well as they take longer to make.

"UNIQUE" ORDER
Because I don't have any methods of keeping an automated inventory I expect every now and then I might get two orders in for the same item. I will try my best to fulfil (make another item identically). The first order in gets it and if I can't fulfil I will issue store credit (you can pick another item) or I can issue a refund.

RETURNS
I will refund an item if it is returned within 7 days and ONLY if the item was damaged in shipping and you chose "Insured" when purchasing.

International items are always insured (reflected in the shipping cost).

PAYMENT
Due the the fact that there are so many scams and people who have no morals, I only accept payment through this site (which is gatewayed with paypal). If you want to send a check, do it through paypal via the cart. I accept all major credit cards through paypal.

Your credit card receipt will say AIBREAN or Hemp Harbor depending on payment method.

CUSTOM REQUEST
Request Custom Jewelry. With provided beads, necklaces are $9, chockers are $7, bracelets are $5, anklets are $4, keychains are $2. More complex patterns will require more hemp and thus are quoted on a per-project basis as those with beads not provided by you. Otherwise if you could give me a brief description via the form in the link in this area I will give you a quote, then after approved, I will send a photo of it prior to your purchasing.

NO ITEM RECEIVED?
If you think you placed an order but have never received a product please let me know. I always send out a confirmation email and let you know when I ship. If you paid by eCheck, it takes several days to clear paypal.

CHRISTMAS/HIGH-VOLUME HOLIDAY ORDERS
As hard as it to know when something is going to arrive, please allow 2 weeks for standard mail and International shipping and 1 week for US - Insured, US - No Insure w/Delivery Conf.
